4 Bulldogs scored in double figures, led by Shelly Stemper's 20 and Katrina Newman's 19 points. Courtney Doucette added 12 points with 4 3-pointers, and Maria Almquist scored 10. The Bulldogs never trailed in the game, with Doucette's 3-pointer opening the scoring 16 seconds into the game. Thanks in part to UMD's defense, Northern State shot 5 of 23 for 21% in the first half.
