The Thunder won their debut match 3 games to 1 vs Vermillion Community College at the Lester Jack Briggs Cultural Center gym on campus in Cloquet. The Thunder won the first two games, dropped the third, then won the third game to take the match in the first ever FDLTCC Volleyball match.
