The Lumberjacks used two goals from Caitlin Lilly, including an empty net goal to seal the victory, to avenge an earlier 4-1 loss to Blaine at the Eden Prairie holiday tournament. Kalie Shevich and Jessie Ryan each got an assist, and Katie Beckman stopped all 21 shots she saw for the shutout. Blaine's Tara Hoverstad stopped 18 of 19 shots, taking the loss.
